“Sometimes all it takes to change someone’s life is to give them an opportunity to do it.”
The Virtual Pacing Academy exists to promote diversity in the medical device industry by lowering the barriers involved in obtaining this type of highly technical education.
We understand that, generally speaking, women and people of color have fewer opportunities to succeed in the United States. We also know how difficult it can be to retain high quality employees in the clinic environment! Lowering barriers through virtual mentorship helps to solve both these problems.
The Industry is Committed to Racial Equity
